Doodle Tech Pvt. Ltd. – Refund & Return Policy

At Doodle Tech Pvt. Ltd., we take great care in delivering high-quality Caiva & Tesvor products to our business partners and clients. Our goal is to ensure smooth transactions and build long-term trust. This Refund & Return Policy sets clear guidelines to safeguard both our partners and our brand.


1. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

  • Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all supplied accessories and invoice.

  • For claims of damage or defect, a complete unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the sealed package is opened. This ensures transparency and protects both parties from disputes.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate any damage or defect claims, the unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening.

  • The unsealing/opening process.

  • The physical condition of the product immediately after unboxing.

📌 Note: Refund/return claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted for pre-existing damage.


3. Return Request Process

  1. Submit Request

    • Email us at connect@doodlegroup.in within 2 business days of delivery.

    • Provide:

      • Order ID

      • Reason for return

      • Unboxing video

      • Product images (if applicable)

  2. Return Pickup / Shipping

    • If eligible, Doodle Tech will arrange a pickup or provide guidance for secure return shipping.


4. Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.


5. Refund / Replacement Not Applicable If:

  • Return request is made after 2 business days of delivery.

  • The product is physically damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or after successful delivery.

  • No unboxing video is provided for defect/damage claims.

  • Returned product is used, incomplete, or missing packaging/accessories.


6. Logistics & Transit Damage

  • All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

  • If damage occurs during transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

    • Unboxing video

    • Photos of outer packaging and damage evidence

  • In such cases, Doodle Tech will offer a free replacement or full refund and cover return shipping charges.
